There’re many books on the life of the first Sikh guru. But most of them are in Punjabi and in detail. Janamsakhis, Twarikh Khalsa, Nanak Parkash and Guru Nanak Chamatkar can be named. But I think this question is asked because the person might be.   GURU NANAK The founder of Sikhism Guru Nanak, the founder of Sikhism, was born in a critical period of India's history. On the one hand, people were divided into castes, sects and factions; on the other, the Muslim rulers committed atrocities on the Hindus and other weaker sections of society/5(5).

For airlines, the main goal is to maximize the number of booked seats and to fill the capacity of each plane as much as possible, which gets reflected in the listed price. These are some of the main reasons why fluctuations in flight fares are so common. Despite the price variance, when you book through Nanak Flights, you don’t have to worry.   This is an English translation of Guru Nanak's famous Sri Japji Sahib which was originally written in Gurmukhi script. This is rightly regarded as one of the world's great spiritual classics. It is uplifting and universal in its message of love and devotion. This particular edition is in black and white with a beautifully illustrated design on /5(13).

During Guru Nanak’s era scientific approach was then a neglected field in India and science was the casualty of orthodoxy. There was a need for general awakening of the people to take them out of the darkness of ignorance and to propagate the true path as envisioned by Guru Nanak.   In this book, Khalid tries to strip down the janamsakhis and present a more likely account on what occurred during Guru Nanak's travels. While the author's religion shouldn't matter, it is important to note that the author is a Pakistani Punjabi Muslim, and hence this can be seen as a bit different "outsider" perspective than the many books written about Guru Nanak already/5().
